About me

Hello! I'm Chimimin and I'm a Music Producer.

From an early age I have a great passion for music. I completed the Degree in Musical Sciences, in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at NOVA University of Lisbon, following for the Master in Musical Arts. 

 

Since 2018 I have been composing and producing my own instrumental music, mostly pop/rock, but I don't limit myself to that. Over the years I have experimented with other musical genres, which allows me to enrich my music and improve my musical flexibility. 

 

In 2023 I did an internship at Nerd Monkeys, a Portuguese videogames company, where I collaborated on songs and sound effects for some of their projects. One year later, I started freelancing as BAS Audiovisuais.

 

Apart from music and video games, I also have other hobbies and interests. Namely:

• Video editing

• Graphic design

• Photography

• Drawing

• Japanese popular culture, specifically anime and manga

• 3D animation

 

​My songs gives the listener the freedom to tell their own story and meaning. My purpose is to motivate my listeners, whether it's to brighten their day or to make it easier to accomplish tasks.
